Meet the consultant

Hi, I'm Mark Cornish.

I've spent over 25 years in manufacturing, management systems and compliance — starting on the shop floor as an engineering apprentice, before moving into quality engineering and management systems. In 2017, I took the leap into management systems auditing and consultancy full-time.

I'm a qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and I currently carry out audits on behalf of UKAS-accredited certification bodies across a wide range of industries, as well as auditing EN 1090 systems for notified bodies. Alongside that, I provide hands-on consultancy to businesses, helping them build management systems that work day to day — not just on paper.

Because I audit on behalf of certification bodies as well as consult, I bring a genuine understanding of what auditors are actually looking for — and how to build a system that stands up to it.

Built around the business

Gallos Management Systems helps organisations develop, implement, maintain and improve management systems and compliance arrangements. The emphasis is on practical implementation: requirements need to translate into processes that people can actually follow and evidence that can stand up to scrutiny.

The service is designed for businesses that want experienced, straightforward support without unnecessary bureaucracy or consultancy jargon.

Practical. Proportionate. Professional.
That is the approach behind every consultancy, audit and training engagement.
